Holly Jolly Hardy


2 oz. Hardy VSOP Cognac
1 ½ oz. Joseph Cartron Pomegranate Liqueur
Chilled Brut Champagne (or any sparkling dry wine)
Fresh lime juice


Shake the Hardy VSOP and Cartron Pomegranate Liqueur in an ice filled shaker and strain into a champagne flute. Add a few squeezes of fresh lime juice on top, and finish by filling the flute with chilled Champagne.
