A French Kiss

Ingredients


1 ½ oz. Hardy VSOP Cognac
1 ½ oz. Joseph Cartron Pamplemousse Rose Grapefruit Liqueur
1 oz. Hardy Pineau des Charentes
.5 oz Pink Grapefruit juice
Chilled Brut Champagne (or any dry sparkling wine)

Preparation


Add the Hardy VSOP Cognac, Cartron Grapefruit, and pink grapefruit juice into an ice filled shaker. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne flute. Stir in the Hardy Pineau des Charentes and top off with chilled Champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
