The Scottish Mary

Ingredients


2 oz. Thatcher’s Organic Tres Chiles Liqueur
4 oz. tomato juice
1 tsp. raspberry jam
½ oz. parts lemon juice
1 oz. single malt scotch 

Preparation


Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain over ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a cornichon. Enjoy!
